Srinagar is also situated in Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir on the banks of the Jhelum River. Their are n number of scenic place to visit, but Dal Lake and Shalimar Bagh is Must visit. The best time to visit Kashmir is during the months of March to October. Also Please Check current News, as sometimes their is unrest in Valley due to terrorism.

Rajasthan is a northern Indian state having many historical palaces and forts.
